Send any page to Slatepad

The Slatepad bookmarklet sends the page you are looking at to Slatepad in one click. Edit it inline, save, share. No copy-paste.

Install

Drag this button to your bookmarks bar. Your browser will save it there as a bookmark.

Send to Slatepad

If you do not see a bookmarks bar in your browser, enable it first. On Chrome and Brave: View, Always show bookmarks bar or Cmd+Shift+B. On Firefox: View, Toolbars, Bookmarks Toolbar. On Safari: View, Show Favorites Bar or Cmd+Shift+B.

Use

  1. Browse to any HTML page. Claude artifacts, Lovable previews, v0 outputs, Bolt deploys, plain HTML files, or any website you want to remix.
  2. Click the Send to Slatepad bookmark you just added.
  3. A new tab opens at Slatepad with that page ready to edit.

What gets sent

Only the page's HTML is sent to a Cloudflare Worker that Slatepad runs. The Worker stores the HTML in a private bucket and returns a short slug. Slatepad opens the editor with that HTML preloaded. Nothing else (cookies, local storage, browser history) is touched.

The shared document is reachable at slatepad.ai/s/<slug> if you decide to share the link. Otherwise, only you know the slug.

For the curious

The bookmarklet source is on this page; you can view-source or copy it from /bookmarklet.js. It runs entirely on the page you are looking at and sends nothing to anyone except Slatepad's own Worker.
